Before you book
Is the survey really free?
Yes, anywhere in Kigali. It takes about 45 minutes, in person or by video call, and there is no obligation to book.
How far ahead should I book?
One to two weeks for most homes. End-of-month dates fill first, so book early if your lease ends then.
What if something gets damaged?
We record the condition of valuable items before the move and agree in writing how damage is handled. Ask us about cover for your move when you book.
Can I book styling without a move?
Yes. Start with a design consultation, and we’ll plan the room around what you already own.
I’m an estate agent. Can we work together?
Yes. We help landlords prepare homes and tenants move in. Ask us about referral terms.
